  Although I had to wait 45 mins or longer to see a tech, my experience with all the staff that I encounter and assisted me, was nothing less than fantastic. Due to issues with my existing phone - all my fault - there was much work needed to be done prior to transferring all my data and info to my new phone. I ended up being in the store for almost 4hrs. I asked if I could pull out my laptop and work in the store while the techs worked on my phone and they were more than happy to oblige! Techs were knowledgeable, helpful and all the staff was super friendly. Thanks so much for all your help today as well as allowing me to work while this process was forever on going.

  Pathetic service received from this store I went in for my airpods repair as they are covered in AppleCare. My AirPods are completely dead not charging so i made a reservation and went in for repair. They checked everything and said we will just replace them but they don’t have any in stock. They said we ordered a replacement for you and you we get them in 3-5 days. They returned my old ones and said use them in the meantime. How can somebody use the AirPods without charging..! Anyways i came back no email no contact nothing 15 days passed. I still didn’t not have any track where my replacement airpods are. AppleCare is completely useless here. They sell AppleCare by saying priority repair or replacement. If its taking more then 15 days i will not be buying it from next time. I paid $400 for AirPods and extra $50-60 for AppleCare which is of nouse. I lived in Vancouver for 5 years never had any issues. They care about customers and give priority to AppleCare repairs. They replace the product same day doesn’t take 15 days and still no update.

  Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro yesterday and selected pickup for today between 10:00 AM and 10:15 AM, but I never received any confirmation or update. I wasted my entire day waiting and contacting customer support, and nobody helped me at all. The staff kept saying “we are not sure” instead of giving a proper solution or clear answer. This order was very urgent for me, yet they showed zero responsibility or professionalism. Terrible communication, horrible customer service, and a complete waste of time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  Shoutout to Matt and Joal for fixing some location sharing issues in my phone. They were really helpful and patient. I was dealing with some silly location issues for almost a month and it took them 1 hr but still got it fixed. ❤️❤️ Thanks 😊
