    Aracely was fabulous! Personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and plans, she made what can be an excruciatingly long and boring process fly by. I’m very happy with my new phone: it’s quite the upgrade from iPhone 8 to 17 and our monthly bill went down 25 cents, lol.

    Do not use this store for any of your Verizon needs. They are not a corporate store, can't access your account directly, and will also not honor sales that you place through Verizon.com. I ordered a phone from Verizon.com and had it delivered here. When I arrived to pick it up, they had cancelled my order and sold my phone even though my sales message from Verizon.com clearly said I had the rest of that day to pick it up. Their answer was "We have the right to do that". Spent 1.5 hours with them trying to cancel the order on my account, which they had to do by calling Verizon! Again, because they are NOT a corporate store. To top it off, when I tried to re-do the order on my own, the offer I had originally gotten was then expired and no longer available. No apology or offer from this store to make any of it right. You have been warned, shop at your own risk and hope that you don't need actual service, or expect that your Verizon.com orders will be honored.
