EDIT: the hospital replied to my review, I sent an email as requested expressing my concern and I have NOT received any response to my personal email. What this tells me is that they just reply publicly so people will see that they care, but actually they don't. Don't let them touch your fur babies, please!!! My kitty is still recovering after A MONTH!! They traumatized him badly. Go somewhere else, for the safety of your pets 🥺 I don't know what they did to my healthy cat but it was something very very wrong. Without explaining to me what a urinalysis was, they did it on my cat and that night he had blood instead of urine. He's stopped drinking water completely. He's surviving on churus and some gravy but I'm very afraid of kidney damage because of him refusing water. This woman clarisa wasn't compassionate at all, she knows she did something wrong but didn't even apologize. Just stay away from this clinic and take your pets somewhere else or you'll regret it for the rest of your life, just like me. I'm devastated.

STAY AWAY!!!! Please don't come to this clinic. They don't care about your pet, only about your money! They don't have a sterile environment and needles. My cat got a horrible infection from this place. I don't know if clarisa used an old, non sterile needle. Just look for ANY other vet, don't let them touch your fur babies, you'll regret it. You've been warned 🥺 The picture is the litter box with the blood in urine.

My cat, Roscoe, was in need of dental work so we took him in. Everyone there is incredibly kind! From front desk to the doctors, they all take the time to explain everything and provide resources if needed and available. I was able to sign Roscoe up for their Care Club to help cover the dental cost and it also covers labs and other basic care. A few weeks after his surgery, Roscoe started having other issues. I took him in and while they were having trouble pinpointing what the issue was, they kept me informed the entire time, and when I got emotional, the vet techs took pictures of him in the back and came to show me that he was doing well and assured me that he was being spoiled by them! Amazing team!

Called they will refuse to give you any sort of pricing over the phone, however when I asked why a price for an xray could not be given, or if it was because they change the price on the customer they finally told me, $700 for a SINGLE xray! This is 1000% preditory. Do NOT take your animal here unless there is no other place. Scam scam scam scam

I've been coming to the Animal Medical Group for over 25 years and have had nothing but the best experiences. My latest visit was a follow-up for my senior Golden Retriever, who was diagnosed with Vestibular disease the night before in the emergency room. (think of Vertigo--room spinning for him-huge head tilt, walking into walls, falling down, scared). My dog lost use of his legs and needed to be carried inside the building. I want to praise every member of the staff--the doctor of course, but also a huge shout out to Susie, Gabbie, and the other technicians who showed immense kindness through this very difficult time. They brought me to tears with their compassionate care.
