  Nice place, nice people working there, however our experience wasn't the expected, and the person that assisted us was probably new, and the only advice that provides us was to contact apple support, from our last 3 visits we haven't get a solution (3 different issues) maybe the issues are to complicated :(

  Visited the Apple Store at Manhattan Village yesterday. Great service, especially from Richard who was a huge help and very friendly. Thank you for your help!! Enjoyed my visit.

  The owners and managers of this store are some of the most unprofessional, egotistical, and insecure people I’ve ever encountered in Los Angeles. They have zero patience — if you ask a simple question, they’ll go off on tangents trying to upsell you instead of giving a straight answer. I went in with my mother this morning, ready to buy the newest phone with cash in hand. But the salesperson kept talking nonstop, dodging my question, and when I politely asked again, he snapped at me with “just let me finish” in a rude tone. I told him that with that kind of attitude, I’d rather take my business elsewhere — and I did. He walked off, and so did I. I went straight to Best Buy and got the phone there instead. There’s no point visiting a store where the staff lack basic customer service skills and treat customers disrespectfully. Most of the five-star reviews here seem fake or paid for — this place is absolutely not worth your time.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Ptah at the Apple Store. He was incredibly helpful in fixing the issue with my MacBook and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ptah took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Excellent service, super knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Definitely appreciate the great customer care!

  I almost never write reviews about places but felt compelled to do so after how bad my experience was here. I came in and expressed interest in purchasing new cords and chargers for my devices. I picked out the things and items I wanted but the associate that was helping me disappeared and went to help somebody else (probably somebody who was transacting a phone or something more expensive than what I was getting). I waited for 20 minutes as I saw people coming in and out transacting no problem ahead of me. When I decided to approach another associate to help transact my items, she was unhelpful and told me to wait at the place I had just been standing at. She told me an associate would help transact me shortly. I waited for another 20 minutes before I just left the store extremely dissatisfied with the service. I guess you only get fast service at this store if you’re transacting an iPhone or computer and not for smaller more insignificant purchases. If you’re looking for good service and fast help for simple or smaller dollar value items, this is not the store for you.
