Plus, I was able to purchase a new MACBOOK with a teacher's discount. The process was easy and completed within a few minutes. My questions were all answered efficiently and with care. I truly was expecting huge hassles and disappointments with the Apple Store at Manhattan Village. I was VERY surprised that there was not one issue with the the staff or the service. THANK YOU!!
