  The store manager David was exceptional. They were short staffed and busy. He processed our iPhone upgrade while dealing with multiple clients efficiently and calmly . We were most impressed.

  Marduk was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and made the experience in store worthy with some laughs to kill the waiting time of transferring data from an old to new phone. He was eager to help other people that came in while I was waiting, and was super efficient overall! Would highly recommend as I came from the eastridge verizon which had a not so great experience. Thanks again Marduk!!!

  Jona was very professional, helpful and considerate. He absolutely made the experience good for as long as we had to wait to work through the processes. I think Verizon could use some improved processes and AI to speed up wait times. There are so many processes that could be automated and help your local stores to decrease the time it takes to process requests.

  Los Gatos Verizon is the place to go, and Jona is absolutely the guy to see. He’s extremely kind, professional, calm, and genuinely respectful. He took great care of both me and my boyfriend and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him

  I totally recommend this locations. Came in for a upgrade and some tech issues. Jona was able to assist me. He is amazing, kind and professional. Ask for him but overall the store is great place to come for help.
