I stood there for over 10 minutes while several employees looked right at me, yet not one of them came over to greet me or offer help. At the same time, other customers who did not look like me were approached and assisted immediately. The treatment I received felt racist, and there’s no excuse for that in 2025 or ever. If my business is not wanted, then just say that. I refuse to spend my money with a company that cannot provide equal and fair customer service to everyone. If this is the representation Apple chooses to display in their stores, it’s disappointing and honestly embarrassing. I will not be returning to this location, and this experience might be exactly what pushes me to switch over completely.

Josh greeted me immediately and cleaned by charging point on the spot - and also did a surface clean on the rest of my phone. Excellent service and a huge help!
