- AEAdam ElwanyMar 21, 20261.0First time coming waited about 30-40 minutes without service just to get a screen protector changed. I told about 3 staff members that I was looking for someone to help me, and was told to wait, and that someone would be with me right away.
- KMKiki MorrisMar 19, 20261.0They like to make it difficult to pick up the merchandise you have already paid for. I had an appointment- and was there right on time. I came in to pick up an order my boyfriend placed online- I was the designated pick up person and was told to just show my ID, and order number. Nick insisted I get a QR code from the order just to make it to the next step referred me to apple support phone number to try to get- it took 15 min to track down said QR code just to get to the next station. Here’s the kicker… the next person asked for my NAME or QR code!!! It feels illegal to deny someone merchandise they’ve paid for with their name on it, they can provide you valid ID, but don’t have a QR code.

The place was super crowded and short-staffed, but Alex really stood out by managing three different situations at once with mastery. Honestly, he deserves a huge raise for how he handled the pressure. 10/10 service!

At same time trying to fix my AirPod and been waiting now for almost half hour. They got 20+ sales staff just standing around, more interested in talking to each other... Poorly managed. Way too many staff doing nothing
