- MEMatt EnosMar 21, 20265.0We made the difficult decision today to lay our 12 year old lab to rest. I really can not thank Jennifer and the rest of the staff here enough for the care and compassion they gave to our amazing boy Bentley, and the outpouring of heartfelt display they showed towards my wife and I through this process. Bentley had a beautiful passing, he was comfortable and surrounded by love. We have everybody at Los Banos VCA to thank for helping us through this time.
- TTtnmunchJan 27, 20265.0I don’t write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. I had my little dachshund shaking uncontrollably this afternoon. We rushed to VCA we hadn’t been here in years. No reason just didn’t come this far away (30 min). Anyways, they asked my name and asked what the problem was I told them, they got us in a room right away and said we could do updating later. The vet came in right away, quizzed me all she could to try and see what we were dealing with. She made recommendations, we agreed, and we are taking our baby home tonight because of the wonderful care we received. Them basically dropping what they were doing to help me, meant the world to me. Thank you to the office staff, the vet techs and the vet. You guys are incredible. God bless you all!!

They were very helpful & very comforting. We received a beautiful card of comfort from them after. Thank you all for being so sweet to us & our fur babies for many years. We will continue to come to you.
