  My friends and I decided to purchase diamond stud earrings from this jeweler with the clear promise that they would come with official authenticity certificates. Unfortunately, what followed has been a disappointing experience and there needs to be a standard set to better meet customer expectations regarding response times. At the time of pickup, we realized the GIA certification reports were not included with earrings. He offered to provide only a screenshot of an appraisal instead of the promised certificates. We requested that proper documentation be mailed to us, but nothing was ever sent. We paid for an independent appraisal, which revealed that each pair of earrings differed--and more concerning, the carat weight was lower than what we were charged for. Multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered. The jeweler has completely stopped responding. We are now left with jewelry that does not match what we paid for and no official documentation to support its value. I advise others to proceed with caution.

  My two friends and I had a very poor experience purchasing natural diamond studs from Chris. While he initially seemed trustworthy, the post-sale professionalism was non-existent. We were promised a certificate of authenticity that was never delivered; instead, our repeated calls and texts went completely ignored. When we pushed for documentation, Chris attempted to provide an 'appraisal' via a phone screenshot rather than a formal document. Because of this lack of transparency, we sought a private appraisal, which confirmed the diamonds did not match what was promised. We all ended up with diamonds smaller than promised. It’s clear we were taken advantage of as first-time buyers. If you value honest communication and getting what you paid for, I recommend looking elsewhere.

  I came here based on a family member's recommendation and I've had a great experience with Diamond Bank! Chris took my partner and I as walk-ins and fortunately the shop was not busy that Saturday (which he said was unusual so would recommend an appointment). Chris was thorough and responded well when I pushed back against some of his recommendations. It was clear he wanted my partner and me to be happy with the ring we were buying, even if I was making some less conventional choices. Chris was communicative and he even gave my partner tips for the proposal itself, which my partner definitely used and appreciated. Thanks Diamond Bank for helping make our engagement special!

  I was referred to Chris from The Diamond Bank. He did an amazing job at finding the best options for me. When I showed up for my 10am meeting we took it step by step to find the perfect custom engagement ring. It was everything I pictured in my head for my future fiancé.
