Literal trash everywhere, on desks, on the floor, etc. While our rep walked away, I cleared off her used chopstick covers and picked up some toothpicks (still covered, not used) that were scattered on the floor. The rep told us to always call and make an appointment. Came here after my mom made an appointment. They said they were busy, please come at 3pm instead of 2pm. It was busy, they were finishing up with other people, totally get it. After an hour and being passed over by someone else, my mom lost her cool and asked what the point of making an appointment. The rep passed the buck and just kept saying, she never took the appointment. Then who is taking appointments? They never answered that question. And this is where we messed up. We already knew these people are unreliable with time. My mom made an appointment for Sunday at 10am. She got there at 9:55am and they hadn't opened yet. There's no place where it says when the store opens. They don't open until 11am. The hell?? Why are you making an appointment for my mom, who is almost 80, at 10am when you don't open at 11am. The worst part of it is, they never acknowledged they made a mistake, and they also refused to help her until 11am. Looking back at reviews, noticed the owner never addresses the issues and only responds to good reviews.
