    What an amazing experience we had today at the Verizon store. We were very hesitant because we had a really bad experience over the phone with the customer service representatives when we were trying to add a line. We spent over an hour and a half on the phone just to get disconnected and nothing resolved. Jasmin helped us get what we needed met our needs and had the best customer service skills ever. It made our experience remarkable! We will definitely go back and recommend this store.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I traded in my phone here, but the manager who was helping me, (Raymond P I believe), passed me off to a colleague to do my transfer after taking my money. Problem is the employee didnt complete the task and I lost ALL of my text messages for the last 5 years. Manager acknowledged that this falls on him, but all I got was a "sorry" and the $40 activation fee refunded. I'll likely be leaving Verizon as a result of this store's incompetence and Verizon Corporate's inability or unwillingness to hold the store accountable.

    Terrible customer service. I came in with a corporate account that has multiple lines and I needed help setting up a new phone on hand and the young guy who tried to help me clearly had no idea how to handle it. I asked for a supervisor, even though the store was empty and he came back saying the supervisor(Raymond) was “too busy” to help. When I asked for his name, he ignored me and called another customer who had just walked in. They didn’t even bother to pull up my account. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. If you want decent service, avoid this store.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!!! I currently have 2 lines with AT&T and was exploring options and the welcome offers to switch over to Verizon. I had a great call with customer service where they explained they could pay off my phone with AT&T and switch my lines over to Verizon for free and we’ll as give me 2 IPhone 17 upgrades. When I arrived at this store (which I later found out was not an official Verizon branch, it is privately owned or something like that) they told me that none of that was true and that I had to pay 550 dollars for taxes on the new phones. I don’t know about you guys but I don’t know anywhere in California where I would need to pay that much in taxes for a 800-900$ phone? My guy was telling me something was off and I left and thank god I did because when I went to another Verizon they proceeded to tell me that this branch continues to scam people and lie to them and that they are known to scam old ladies. They completely honored the deal I got over the phone initially and I was out of there so quick. In summary do NOT go to this branch, they will lie and try to cheat you all while having a crappy attitude.
