- LALina Ahmed3 days ago1.0DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!!! I currently have 2 lines with AT&T and was exploring options and the welcome offers to switch over to Verizon. I had a great call with customer service where they explained they could pay off my phone with AT&T and switch my lines over to Verizon for free and we’ll as give me 2 IPhone 17 upgrades. When I arrived at this store (which I later found out was not an official Verizon branch, it is privately owned or something like that) they told me that none of that was true and that I had to pay 550 dollars for taxes on the new phones. I don’t know about you guys but I don’t know anywhere in California where I would need to pay that much in taxes for a 800-900$ phone? My guy was telling me something was off and I left and thank god I did because when I went to another Verizon they proceeded to tell me that this branch continues to scam people and lie to them and that they are known to scam old ladies. They completely honored the deal I got over the phone initially and I was out of there so quick. In summary do NOT go to this branch, they will lie and try to cheat you all while having a crappy attitude.

- AWAndrew WDec 4, 20251.0Don't choose this location if you're trying to "Pickup at Store" for a Verizon order. The item will show as available but the store won't fulfill the order. I tried stopping into the store and asking if they could grab the phone I ordered and they said they didn't have any in stock and there was nothing they could do to fulfill the order. They said they'd just leave the order until it cancelled or that I could cancel the order myself. The store employee offered no other solutions to fulfill the purchase that I made. This is a terrible business model and horrible customer service. Instead of helping to find a solution or upholding their end of a business transaction, they told me to look elsewhere. Be warned: don't order anything from Verizon to pickup at this location.
