If you want to waste your time and end up without your phone, this is exactly the place to go. The staff here is beyond incompetent. They promised 3–5 days for delivery, and after more than two weeks they still had nothing to show for it. I had to order it myself through the app and it arrived in one day. The employees here are either completely clueless or just don’t care at all. If you want something done right, do it yourself — because they definitely won’t.

Not enough staff at this location and always a wait. Also came by and this sign was on the door - staff stepped out and was set to return 30 minutes prior to close so I had to wait around more than 30 minutes for staff to even arrive back at the store. This alone would have been bad enough. I then waited over an hour and a half before I had to leave without being helped. I found this to make an already painful experience dealing with getting a new phone to add insult to injury. Would not choose this location again.

No one acknowledged me once inside the store and a fellow customer had to let me in. No signage in the door stating to push a button to be let in. Just dirty looks from the 2 employees inside the store. Standing for quite a while without anyone saying we will be with you when we are free is ridiculously bad customer service. I will go to another location because this one is unprofessional and rude.

My experience on Monday 9/29 at the Verizon at 11870 Santa Monica Blvd Ste 100 Los Angeles, CA 90025
I went to pick up my new phone. I was told I could get 15 dollars off if I bought 3 accessories: the charger block, the case, and the screen protector. I referenced that and said I want to get that deal and Reina, the employee helping me, closed the transaction without the accessories and said she could refund and do it again. I thanked her and said I would like her to refund the transaction. She then said she couldn’t and needed manager approval and that the manager wasn’t in store. I said I told you I wanted the $15 off deal. She started yelling at me in front of other customers in the store and saying that she was very clear with me. I said I don’t want to get in an argument, and she got louder and screamed at me. I felt like I had to calm her down and continue working with her because she was the only representative working, and my phone was already undergoing the transfer process. I told her I’m not angry, I thought I had been clear with her with what I wanted, too. I had to stay for hours until the store closed. She dropped my new phone on the desk, out of either carelessness or spite, which I found unprofessional and rude. She gave me misinformation about returning my old phone and said I had to wipe it, but I actually had to take the find my iPhone off first. I never want to go back to this store again because I don’t appreciate being yelled at and having my new items dropped before I’ve even touched them. While I’m glad I was able to remain calm and deescalate the situation, I believe as a customer I should have been treated with more respect and care.
