    The store Manager, Amir, went above & beyond in helping me purchase a new iPhone 17. And then he took extra care to help me set it up before I left. He has a very easy going manner and a LOT of patience. I am very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received.

    Be careful to ask very clearly what you are getting. It'll especially help if you get a visual copy of a quote, like a customer service summary. I asked what my monthly bill would be for transferring 4 lines + a watch line from T-Mobile. The salesman punched some numbers on a calculator and turned it around and it was cheaper than my current T-Mobile bill. Great! I was very clear that cost was important to me. Turns out...the salesman failed to mention some very important things. 1. The promo pricing was $25/line for Unlimited Welcome. He failed to mention that it's actually $40/line but comes with an autopay discount ($10/line) and a promo pricing discount ($5/line). 2. He told me that the nursing discount would stack on top of my bill. From my bill, I can see that it does not. When I added the nursing discount, it took away my promo pricing discount. So... he lied. 3. I was not told that I would be paying sales tax on the phones, in-store activation fees (that I did not want), Verizon network activation fees, and non-negligible admin/telco recovery charges on all lines (including the watch line). Sadly, it would've been cheaper for me to stay with T-Mobile (they were offering me loyalty discounts) and I will be moving back there after my 3 year contract is done.

    Check in person definitely wanted to go on his lunch and not help customers. I dropped my phone in water, and asked to have it looked at. He told me “that’s not us, that would be the insurance company for the phone” then I asked if I could possibly purchase a new phone, he again referred me to the insurance. It was obvious he did not want to help me, but get me out of the store.
