I had to replace a phone that saw the green screen of death. Blaine took care of EVERYTHING for me! Easy breezy. He was knowledge of each phone and plan they had to offer. He did the entire set up for me. The process did take a bit, as they always do, but he took away any anxiety I might have had. Parking was easy. So the secret is out... see Blaine. You're welcome.

On October 26 around 12 PM, a female employee at this store tried to charge me $40 for something completely unnecessary — just to add my already active number as an eSIM. I explained everything clearly, so this was not a misunderstanding. She simply tried to take extra money. I went to another Verizon store at 100 N La Cienega Blvd, and they fixed it for free in minutes. It’s unacceptable that a company as large as Verizon allows employees like this to represent their brand. Customers deserve honesty and professionalism, not misleading practices.

I walked in, trying to trade in my phone and see what the promotion was. Jesus was also very knowledgeable of all the perks that will benefit me -Gave me all the options and I was very satisfied walking away. Definitely go see Jesus! The store is under remodel so walking in you might think they’re out of business, but they are going through renovation!
