    Jesus and Leo were so helpful. They made the impossible happen. My trade in was 2 days late and they helped approve my trade in. They were patient and helpful. They also let me know about a loyalty discount on top of it since I was a long term customer. I highly recommend anyone needing help with their phone and plan to go to them!

    On December 22, 2025, our family signed up for a three-year plan that included four phones and four lines at a promotional rate of $25 per line per month. We also added an iPad for $20 per month. At the time of purchase, we paid $793 in taxes and service fees, as well as a $49.99 charge to connect one phone. However, a few days later, we received our first bill, which showed a charge of $95 per phone instead of the agreed $25. When we visited the store to ask about this discrepancy, we were told that the price would be reduced to $65 per phone if we enrolled in autopay. We activated autopay immediately and waited two days, but the billing amount did not change. We originally chose this service specifically because of the $25 per line offer. On January 7, 2026, due to these unresolved billing issues, we returned all the devices we had purchased and canceled the service. Despite this, we were charged a $50 fee per device. Subsequently, we received another bill totaling $512 for only 16 days of service, which we believe is unreasonable given the circumstances and the cancellation. Additionally, during several of our visits, we felt that the employees’ behavior was unprofessional and not very welcoming, which further added to our frustration

    The manager - his name started with a V - was shockingly unprofessional and cussed at another customer. I was so offended that I had to leave. This was scary, avoid this store!
