I came into this Verizon location to pick up my preordered phone and they refused to give it me. I was told that I needed call Verizon, cancel my order, and order the phone through their store. There was nothing wrong with my order. They simply just refused to give me my phone, in an attempt to make me buy the phone from them. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. Making sales should not come at the expense of customer experience and customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this Verizon location.

The woman who helped me was very sweet and kind and helpful. HOWEVER, it turns out, my phone was only *partially activated! I could make calls but not receive them. It went a week without being able to receive calls!!! Super frustrating. And I hope I didn’t lose work.

They were fantastic! Ordered my new iPhone through another location and Armand and the business account manager helped me get it set up.
Armand was patient and precessional. My phone had a more complicated set-up that took longer (not their fault), and they made the experience smooth. I see people on here taking the time to rant about the slightest inconvenience, so I wanted to make sure to send praise when it's due.
