As soon as my brother and I stepped in to upgrade our phones, he greeted us and we got straight to business. He helped me understand the ins and outs of my bill. He was able to get us both iphone 17’s in our preferred color even though they’ve been sold out everywhere during the holidays. We also added another line plus got a free iphone 17 pro and our bill went down! He’s very easy to talk to, upfront, and honest going as far as double/triple checking to ensure I got the offer I was expecting. He talked the talk and walked the walk. Super cool and chill dude. Highly recommend this Verizon store. Ask for Jonathan for sure!
