Worst clinic ever. Dont even think of going to this place. They don’t care about your animal all they care about is running your bill up. My dog was there for 3 days they supposedly did all types of tests. Payed them more then 10 k in bills and brought my dog home with even worst symptoms then he had. Go to Hillcrest they will take care of your animal the way you expect a veterinarian to take care of the animal. They are all lier’s there. Do not take your animal there you will not be happy.

Extremely attentive and communicative care. Before coming in, we called and were able to get advice directly from one of the vets on what we should do. After explaining the symptoms, they actually recommended we monitor for the night at home, which I really appreciated that they didn’t immediately encourage us to bring her in (which is usually the $ hook with a lot of emergency vets). When our pup unfortunately progressed, we brought her in and were met with ample communication and clear next steps.
Dr. Huang took nearly an hour with us to make sure he had a detailed health history and could connect the dots on our dog’s care. Stephanie (vet tech) then walked us through all of our options and associated costs.
I also appreciate that the lobby has coffee, tea, vending machines, a television, and comfy chairs. It makes the long hours at an emergency vet comfortable.
While I hope we don’t have more emergencies in the future, I am glad we are close to this VCA and would bring our dog back here without a doubt.
Thank you Dr. Huang, Stephanie, and the entire staff for your care.

It has been nearly 3 months since we said goodbye to our beloved fur baby, Pepper, at VCA ASG. From the moment I brought him in to his last moments, he was taken care of with the level of care and compassion we absolutely needed. The supporting staff and Dr Andreou made all the difference in the world. We didn’t know it was Pepper’s last day when we brought him in, but we’re so thankful he was in their hands. We will never forget how gently he was taken care of in his last moments earth-side. They went above and beyond to explain next steps and ensure that we were able to get what we needed even when we thought it was too late.
Thank you for everything ASG- we appreciate it more than you know.

I had to bring my cat in for an emergency visit and the experience was genuinely great. Dr. Mason took so much time explaining the possible causes and treatment options, more thoroughly than most doctors I’ve seen for my own care. My cat was treated with real care and attention the entire time, and I really appreciated the follow up phone call afterward to check on how he was doing. The facility was clean, welcoming, and as comfortable as a vet environment can be. I left feeling confident that my cat was in very good hands

My dog was having frequent seizures and pressing her head against the wall and crying. I had spent the prior day at my vet where they did blood tests and an xray and given anti-seizure medication. Her condition got worse over the next day. I called ahead and was advised to bring her in to emergency. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if that was Dolly. I said yes and she was immediately taken to the back to be evaluated. I thought I was going to be in for a long wait but was shortly called in to an exam room. I was quickly seen by Dr. Allehverdi. She felt Dolly most likely had a brain tumor and we discussed the various treatments. Because there seemed to be no good end in sight I made the decision to put her to sleep. I have never had the experience where so much respect was given to both me and Dolly and the dignity she was given up to the end by both the doctor and the staff. She was wrapped in a blanket in a comfy dog bed and they even put some bells around her neck. This is how it should be done everywhere. I can't say enough good about the treatment given to both me and Dolly by the doctor and the staff.
