This VCA Hospital is not a veterinary hospital where you want to take your pet. Our experience was awful. Unfortunately, what we saw and experienced was all about money and how much they could charge, not about the care of your pet. We witnessed the front desk instructing pet owners on where they could take their sick pets to a nearby vet, which would cost less than the estimate VCA provided when the owners indicated they could not afford the estimate. When the neurologists were discussing our pet's condition, they pushed to keep her another night, even though they did not know what was wrong with her, so they could “monitor” her. Once we indicated we wanted to take her home, you could see the change and disengagement from the conversation when he realized VCA was not going to make additional money from us. Soon after that, he left the room, and we never spoke to the head of neurology again. Our pet left VCA in worse condition than when we brought her in. We 100% believe they missed her condition, Cushing’s Syndrome which, if caught earlier, there are treatments for. This led us to euthanize our pet. We called VCA and had a conversation with the Specialty Department Manager, who said she would relate our concerns to her team, discuss and call me back. This callback, of course, never happened.

My boy Urson is being treated by internal medicine here. We are so grateful because we found out through their recommended testing/endoscopy that he has GI small cell lymphoma (cancer). The doctor immediately prescribed his oral chemotherapy when the biopsy results came back positive and we have been very pleased with the communication and how caring the team is. Dr. Rhonda Schulman is an expert and she takes the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. We’re very involved in his health and we appreciate the time the doctor takes to hear all our concerns regarding multivitamins and supplements in addition to his core treatment. Thank you for taking care of our boy!

This is my 2nd time at this location. The Dr. was very professional, examined my cat, and took the time to review what may cause his discomfort. The overall estimate wasn't cheap, but at least it felt more comfortable than other hospitals.
She wasn't dismissive and took the time to explain what each examination may determine. For an emergency hospital, the price was what I was hoping to be, within my budget. I've been to other hospitals that mainly care about making a profit.

Absolutely the best animal hospital ever!
Every single person at VCA Animal Hospital is amazing. From the front desk staff to the doctors, nurses, and even the security team — everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares about every pet and family that walks through the door.
They helped us so much and even saved our puppy’s life. The customer service is perfect, the employees are wonderful, and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. You can feel how much love and effort they put into their work.
Thank you so much to the whole VCA team for being so awesome and for taking such great care of our puppy. We are forever grateful! ❤️🐾

I went to VCA last night at midnight with a lot of fear about the condition of my cat. every single person there was kind, empathetic and supportive. The women at the front were gentle and kind and answered all my questions, the vet was very informative and I could tell she really cared about what was wrong with my cat. She answer my million questions very in depth and helped me understand what was going on. She spotted a few issues that I will now be able to address with my cats health going forward and helped make him comfortable as soon as she could. He is okay! and is now at home healing from the spine/tail pain he was experiencing.
Even the man who came to take my cat to the vet was very kind and empathetic.
I’ve been to cold vets office where I don’t feel like the staff really care that much about me or my cat. This place is the opposite. They even write the pets names on the room they are in with a little heart. (every single room I saw with a name had a heart)
The prices were definitely emergency room prices but not as bad as I thought they were going to be. and the women at the front even helped my find a coupon on the VCA website to help with the cost.
Thank you VCA for being so kind and supportive during a really hard night. I feel lucky that I live so close and will be using this place as my emergency vet if (god forbid) I ever need to again.
