I really don't understand all the technical things and jargon, but he explained everything in plain English. I actually was hesitant to come in this store because a few months ago the one worker that was here did not explain any promotions or anything. Now the store is staffed, and bilingual, and I got excellent service. Thank you Kenny OG, Damaris, and Macarena. They are practically giving away free phones right now. I feel so lucky to have come in today can say I can recommend this store to friend and family.
