I call customer service and they couldn't fix the lady last response was maybe there a tower around your area. So I went to store and they solution was call customer service. I am already looking to other phone service company to switch too because this service is really bad

It turned out they didn't have it in the store, that they were going to give it to me the next day. They didn't even give me a receipt. Afterwards, I asked them to help me create an email account, and the person told me they couldn't.
