- JVJose VillaJan 14, 20265.0I’m not usually the type to leave reviews BUT my experience was so good that I had to share. I had Metro by T-Mobile for about two years. It started off great, but over time the service changed and my bill kept going up for no clear reason. I looked into other options, including Cricket but after doing some window shopping & online, the service didn’t seem worth it. I then stopped by a local store I thought was Metro, only to find out it wasn’t anymore and honestly, that turned out to be a good thing! I was welcomed by a very polite and knowledgeable lady who explained everything clearly and made the process way easy. I ended up switching to Total and now pay way less than I did with Metro. No more 68 a month! If you have a good working phone and don’t plan on upgrading any time soon, I definitely recommend making the switch! especially with their half-off deal. Hoping this helps anyone looking for a true 5/5 experience!
