- AGAngie GJul 31, 20255.0I was told by IT at my job that my laptop was done and it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one. I took it to Geek Squad for confirmation and Jose was very knowledgeable. He explained the services and how much it would be for various options. In the end they were able to fix it and I didnt have to spend hundreds of dollars on a new laptop! I am extremely happy with the service, especially because I was able to pick it ul the next day! Very happy with the service I received.

- EREfren RamirezMar 24, 20241.0I have cero experience with computers. My skills are basic. I bought the Geek Squad membership to be helped in the future. The day came today when my drive was faulty and i needed to retrieve my information. They took it in and told me that the drive was fried and that it will cost $1000+ to retrieve the information. I went home and made a 2 minute research on the computer to troubleshoot the issue and it was fixed within 1 minute. All it needed was to update the driver, so it can be read. If i could give it 0 stars, I would but it’s getting one star because the person that helped me was really nice ! He really put his good energy to make me feel helped. The personnel need more training so they can help customers and fulfill the promises of the geek squad membership. We are paying $200 for a service and today, my family didn’t get it.
