- CNC NApr 26, 20212.0Scheduled a Geek Squad service appointment. Best Buy called to confirm my appointment window for 3-7pm, Geek Squad technician called to give me a 1-3pm arrival window. He actually arrived at 11:30am, and because I was on a work call and couldn't pick up, they said I was a 'no show' and made me reschedule for a week later. But that's not the frustrating part - in my attempts to understand what happened, I spoke to 4 different people at 3 different locations - all before my actual appointment time - and no one could provide me a reason why someone wasn't coming during my scheduled appointment time. How is their mistake always the customer's fault? And why is it that there is no way to hold Geek Squad accountable for a paid service?
