They refuse to take the product back after just one month — which makes no sense for a hair dryer. Most people wash their hair only once or twice a week, so there’s barely any time to find out if it actually works for your hair type. By the time you realize that none of the attachments perform properly, it’s already too late. For such an expensive product, this policy is unacceptable. I expected much better from a company like Dyson. Maybe Dyson should test their products on real people instead of models with perfect hair.

He was super welcoming and attentive, answered all my questions, and taught me how to use the product properly. On my second visit, I went back to buy a different attachment for my Dyson, and Alex was incredibly helpful, he found exactly the piece I needed. He also made me feel completely comfortable trying everything in the store, testing it on my hair, and explaining how to use each product the right way. The customer service was truly 10/10, professional, kind, and very attentive. I highly recommend the Dyson store at Westfield Mall in Century City, and of course, Dyson hair products. Excellent quality and absolutely worth it! 🌟
