Her knowledge was incredible, and her kindness made the experience feel genuinely personal and empowering. I returned more recently with a few questions about my machine and attachments, and once again, Annette met me with such warmth, care, and deep consideration. What happened next felt like pure magic. Her generosity and thoughtfulness moved me to tears. She went far beyond what was required, without knowing anything about the personal challenges I was facing at the time. Moments like this remind me that there are truly kind, brilliant people in this world. Annette is one of them, and I am deeply thankful for the care, compassion, and excellence she brought into my life.
