  Recently visited this store for a new iPhone and both the salesman Edwin and Manuel were very attentive and clear on what I was getting and helped me get the best deal on my brand new iPhone!

  i went in for an upgrade on my phone and my sales guy Edwin helped me out A LOT. not only was he helpful and patient but he even got his manager Manuel to help my family upgrade their phones!

  Went to purchase an upgrade and couldn't be more happy with my purchase!!! Thank you to both Edwin and his Manager Manuel while setting up my phone they help with transferring alllll my information from one phone to the other I do know its not their responsibility to do so but they did ;) Will be back to purchase my son his phone here too. Definitely 5 stars :)

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Cricket on San Fernando Rd, where Edwin provided unclear communication about charges on my purchase. He kept reassuring me that I didn’t have to pay extra for the accessories that he added to my purchase that they were included but when I checked the receipt I was definitely charged for the items. I sought assistance from the manager, Manuel, he was unhelpful and rude, even going so far as to follow me to my car to record me and make false accusations of stealing from them. They kept saying I couldn’t just buy the phone without the accessories bundles which I found out from a different provider that was a lie. They are SCAMMERS!

  The Manager was complete Rude and didn’t not care that the employee lied to me about what I had purchased. He continually interrupted me and was not interested in helping me whatsoever. Both him and the employee that helped me should be fired.
