    I bought a Frigidaire water filter from Sawtelle Best Buy 2 weeks ago only to realize it was the wrong model. I took it back today (receipt in hand) and was told by a female manager in customer service that it can’t be returned or exchanged after 14 days, that I would have to purchase it again (for $60 unless I wanted to purchase a $179.00 membership then she could help me out. What the??). So she threw it away and asked me to go buy the correct one. I walked to the appliance section and was immediately helped by Aladdin and David. They apologized, talked to a different manager and then handed me the correct one as an exchange instead of making me buy a new one. Great, quick, happy customer service from these two guys and NON customer service behavior from the female manager.

    I have been shopping here for many years, from consumer electronics to computers to appliances and wearables and the staff and management is always knowledgeable, helpful and total pros. What I find particularly impressive is from customer service to the different departments is how even younger personnel are experts and take a lot of pride in their work and engagement, and care about what they do, whether it’s a small question or a purchase. I believe that in the age of Amazon and WalMart that BB, particularly this location keeps the game at a high level for a fantastic customer experience and makes the bric/mortar visit worth it. Very good selection overall and you can order to store easily. The BB $179 membership is ridiculous good on benefits and warranties. Just picked up a Fenix watch that they got covered for 2 yr!

    worst experience ever. I went to buy a refrigerator that I saw at Snyder&Diamond, and got exactly the same price but quicker delivery. I paid at the moment, and then I saw on internet for $200 less. Fabricio was not helpful at all and he forgot to tell me about the valve to connect it. he should have showed a pic for me to have ready that valve. When delivery came he showed me that pic, and I had to call in emergency a plumber to change the valve. The plumber took only 20 minutes to be at my place but Jose, the delivery guy left and said he was going 2 blocks away and he would be back in half an hour. He never showed back, and I have all the food thawing outside and on top he doesnt respond the phone number he gave. I call Best Buy and the answer was they need to schedule new visit AFTER 6pm, when Jose left at 11.30am, and did not connect my new fridge. AVOID BEST BUY IF YOU NEED TO CONNECT ANY APPLIANCE. May work if you go, buy an item and take with you the item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the delivery company BEST BUY works with.
