Best buy can get intimidating from how many devices are on display. However, this one staff member Maria helped me get what I wanted in and out just like that. She was really positive and amazing. 5 stars for that alone!!

I bought this (for my husband for Christmas) $600 gaming console with a FREE 3 MONTH XBOX GAME PASS in bold in the description; only to be blocked when we tried to connect it. When we drove all the way & brought it into the Best Buy on Pico, we spoke with this extremely rude and NOT HELPFUL man (that of course was not wearing a name tag)… He acted like he didn’t believe us and then when we blatantly SHOWED HIM where it said it in the description, he told us that we “should’ve known that somebody else had probably previously used the 3 month and it didn’t matter if it was IN THE DESCRIPTION! AND the only option we had was to purchase a brand new one for $130 more!!!” When I tried to do that, he sarcastically told me that there were none in stock here, or ANYWHERE ELSE, and it was our problem! 😡
So incredibly rude and unhelpful! I hate writing bad reviews and barely ever do tbh, but this was really aggravating to have ZERO HELP, UNDERSTANDING OR COMPASSION FROM A PAID WORKER THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU!
My husband & I have worked in customer service our entire lives; and I can honestly say that this guy should NOT work in customer service at Best Buy or anywhere else. So sad.
Made us feel terrible and ruined the entire Christmas present. Thanks for nothing!!!!

I want to Thank Mel Tompros for being an excellent sales person. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I know she is liked by other costumers too. When I was leaving she was helping another costumer who verbally gave her positive feedback !!!

Ordered a new camera and it took hours just to process the order. Our firm uses Best Buy for purchasing so we stayed with Best Buy for this order as well and it was a huge mistake. Best Buy allegedly shipped with OnTrac who has been lying about fake attempted deliveries. OnTrac knew it needed to deliver during office hours but insisted at coming at 8:30PM. So I and a member from our ordering team stayed at the office late waiting on this delivery and the OnTrac delivery truck is nowhere to be seen but miraculously we get a text from OnTrac while waiting for over half an hour outside "we attempted delivery but business was closed." Business was NOT closed because we've been waiting for this stupid overdue delivery.

The WORST. Customer service is “meh”. Showed up to pick up an item, then told it’s not in stock (after ordering it because it was there). Currently sitting in Compton at the warehouse to pick it up (another inconvenience, but I’m patient), then told the order isn’t here or in the system for pickup. Is this the already has happened rapid decline of customer service? I realize I am a last minute buyer but dang, if you SELL something you say is in stock, make darned sure ITS IN STOCK. This was an 800 dollar item, and I definitely don’t want to give money to false advertising and false promises. Not my
