  It’s over priced, I knew it long time ago .. but a friend told me that go check they changed it better .. bla bla went to buy a laptop, I checked on Amazon same confirmation and brand and even went to Costco which was next door I bought it from Costco

  this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this

  Came here for a computer repair, the geek told me they weren't certified to repair and sent me to one in West Hollywood. The geek in WEHO told me that everything could've been done at this place. So I spent an extra 1 hour of my time because this Geek didn't want to do his job.

  I had to beg them for customer service. Then the lady they sent had no idea how to sell me a phone plan. They have everything you want, but no help to make sure it's what you actually need.

  I just tried to connect with a customer service person at a Best Buy and the ai is absolutely ridiculous. There is no phone customer service anymore. I can’t make a customer complaint against a store. The only sales representative that got my call didn’t want to check if they had a product available in store and the sales man wanted to force me to buy a product without verifying physically if there’s one in store and was laughing. They only had one available in stock. So I wanted to verify it was physically there before driving. This was for the store at Atwater village
