- EEEddieDec 5, 20251.0Visited this store on Dec 5, 2025 at approximately 4:45 p.m. to return an item that was still within the stated return window. The supervisor, Gevorg, refused the return, told me he didn’t care what the written policy says and that returns are entirely at his discretion, and wouldn’t even look at the policy I showed on my phone or consider the confirmation I’d already received from multiple live Best Buy chat agents. Toward the end of the interaction, he even threatened to have me removed from the store as he escalated what had been a calm, mild discussion. I contacted Best Buy’s chat again afterward, and the agent was appalled by how I was treated. Without me even asking, they urged me to try returning the item at a different store and provided resources to file a complaint. Out of curiosity, I later looked at other reviews and saw similar complaints about this same supervisor (Gevorg) describing almost the exact same pattern of behavior. I’ll be avoiding doing business with Best Buy moving forward.
