    I want to report an extremely disrespectful and frustrating experience I had at the Atwater Village Best Buy. I came in simply trying to exchange a defective product I bought less than 30 days ago, and from the moment we approached the counter, both managers, Chris and Alexis, acted like they wanted to get rid of us. They were immediately rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, talking about us through their earpieces, cutting us off mid-sentence, rolling their eyes, and making no effort to help. They kept repeating “it’s past 14 days” even though this was a defective item, and instead of trying to understand the situation, they just brushed us off. Chris eventually said “I’m done,” told us to “deal with corporate,” and walked away, leaving us abandoned with the defective product and no resolution at all. Alexis continued being rude and dismissive, making the entire situation humiliating and uncomfortable. Their behavior was incredibly unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a store of this size, and after how poorly we were treated, I feel the need to warn others to avoid dealing with these two managers. I’m asking that this be investigated seriously, that something be done about the way we were treated, and that someone finally helps me resolve this since they refused to do their jobs.

    IF THEY ACTUALLY CARE THEN POST YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER NOT THIS CORPORATE FAKE NUMBERS phone numbers to fake corporate phone clackers to fake answers. The phone numbers are not real and won't let you speak with anyone at the store they are not mom and pop they are killing small business. They actively hate their customers.

    The worst place I bought your can be avoided buying there better. Two months ago, I grabbed a completely stopped phone, I asked for insurance, they told me if billing problem is covered. A few days ago, my phone broke and I just got long. First of all, if I covered it. After that I had to pay 60 per shipment but there was never any system. Until today, there were no more than 60, but there were no more than 220, because it was no longer a billing problem 🤣🤣. Anyway, my first and last experience to that place, I do not even go crazy.

    The staff here seem completely unmotivated and uninterested in working. When you pay in cash, the cashier acts like they’ve never seen a hundred-dollar bill and has to call the supervisor or the manager. I’ve been to many Best Buys, but this one really needs urgent training for its employees. There’s barely any stock, and they try to push you to buy items and pick them up at another store. I prefer the Burbank location. I won’t be coming back to this one.
