  Appstore’dan aldığımız telefonları teslim almaya gittik. Çalışanları çok güleryüzlüydü. Bir tanesi istanbul’a annesiyle 2 hafta tatile gitmiş yakın zamanda hatta :) istanbul’u baya sevmiş (ver menteri) 😊 neyse içerisi muazzam bir mimari. Çok güzel mutlaka içeriyr girip duvarlarına ve tavanına bakın. Tamam biraz garip oldu ama girince anlayacaksınız 🧡

  We went to buy our new cell phones and Marco assisted us in the kindest possible way, full of energy and friendliness. He made us feel very comfortable in the store and answered all of our questions. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly appreciate his excellent customer service!! Highly recommended!!!

  I had a wonderful experience today! I’ve visited the Tower Theatre twice and both times I’ve received exceptional customer service. Mario assisted me with a 2019 MacBook ‘reboot’, I was not expecting him to be successful because firmware-passwords are typically unbreakable without original receipt of purchase. I was at the store for 75 minutes and had all of my questions answered. He ran a diagnostic on my laptop and clearly explained the ‘problems’ with my macbook and my options. I appreciate that his focus was on repairing my macbook and not upselling, that alone is incentive for me to invest in a new macbook in my near future. Mario was very personable, and I’ll definitely return to this location when I need Apple support. Thank you Mario!

  Do not trust them with your stuff! I had a Genius Bar appointment and was assisted by Jesus about one of my AirPods. He took it in the back to clean it and it came back in way worse condition. I asked to speak to superior Brian and he rudely told me the volume was bound to decrease anyway, but I told him it happened in your employee’s care. He still told me I had to pay to replace the AirPod since it’s no longer covered by warranty. I wouldn’t be surprised if they swapped my AirPod out with a worse one to get me to make a purchase. Now, I wish I never even came smh. Poor customer service experience. Won’t be returning.

  I was so excited to buy my iPad when I was in LA. I went to this store. I knew what I had to buy and asked for the apple pencil. The sales guy (I really wish I knew his name!!) was in such a rush to make a sale, that I billed an apple pencil along with ipad without even checking whether it was compatible with my iPad M3. I left LA the same day and when I came home and was setting up my iPad, I discovered that he had given me the 2nd generation pencil which does not pair with the M3 model. (I did not know about this information). It was solely his job check and explain everything before selling me the products and on top of that he sold me the wrong pencil. Now I have to locate an apple store (dont have one in my city) and do the return. Huge carelessness on their part. They only care about making money and not about their customers.
