Apple is bias! You’ve ever thought that Apple wasn’t??? Then your mind is lost somewhere where they want you to be to favor their products, their money and everything they’ve become!

Amazing building worth poking head into to have a look around. Overall staff are good, friendly and helpful. Had to go back to get a screen protector fitted again as the first person did it badly. But maybe a one off. (Otherwise 5 stars)

We waited for an Apple Vision Pro demo . At the scheduled time they were finished , we we bounced from 2-3 people and someone finally came to talk to us 10 min late from the scheduled time . And told us we have an attitude problem and wanted to make sure we apologize to the store since it is no one ma fault that it is being delayed. The whole experience left me scratching my head as to why I was made to feel I had to apologize for them ring late ? It was a horrible experience .

I have been to the Apple Store in Topanga four times for the same problem, and nothing has been fixed. My iPhone keeps shutting down randomly, during calls, Zoom meetings, and even while driving using Maps. It’s dangerous, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Every time, they “restore” my phone, erase all my data, and claim it’s only a software issue. That is absolutely not true. The issue keeps happening, and no one takes real responsibility for it. The customer service team has no real knowledge. They all repeat the same script over and over again, the same words, the same actions, without actually understanding or solving the problem. None of them truly listen or care. They waste your time, act robotic, and just send you away instead of helping you. It feels like they are trained only to repeat memorized lines rather than diagnose real issues. Yesterday, my phone shut down in the middle of the street, and my Tesla key stopped working because it’s connected to my phone. I was completely stuck and helpless. I can’t access my school accounts or verification codes, and I can’t even submit my assignments because my phone keeps turning off. Today is my birthday, and instead of celebrating, I’m spending the day trying to fix my phone again because I can’t go anywhere or do anything while it keeps shutting down. It’s extremely disappointing that a company like Apple allows this level of unprofessional and careless service. This iPhone clearly has a hardware or chip defect, and I do not want this device anymore. I’m requesting a full replacement with a new, properly functioning phone as soon as possible. Apple must take accountability for selling a defective product and for providing such poor customer service at the Topanga location. After months of frustration and wasted time, I truly hope someone at Apple will finally take this matter seriously and do the right thing.

Today was the firts time I've ever shopped at an Apple store. I was there, almost ready to buy, with MONEY IN MY HAND; all I needed was to clarify a few technical questions. I approached a team member only to be interrupted by someone named Tim. I have no idea why Tim insisted in taking me over if he was going to hate my questions so bad to the point of rolling eyes and being completely nasty and disrespectful with me. I've rarely been so disrespected at any store of any kind in my whole life. Was it my accent? Were my 'simple' technical questions what annoyed him? I'll never know. He rudely told me to hold the line if I wanted to buy (again: my first time. Sorry for not being born at an Apple store with an Ipad in my hand) and then, when I joined the line, he tried to skip me. TIM kept on treating me like an annoyance while I was telling him again what I intended to buy and then faked a smile to continue with some other customers, to whom he did treat well. TIM evidenly turn something as simple as buying a computer into an unnecessary, personal attack that I don't think I deserved. I stood at the store and bought the computer because I really needed it, but do I have to explain myself, as acustomer, to make a point on why this is wrong and shouldn't happen? Why do I have to be treated like trash when all I wanted to do was spend money in this store? I wasn't rude, I didn't disrespect anyone, so why did I have to have such horrible experience to the point of having to write this review? Luckily, when it was my turn, another guy took over and was quite nice and professional. The rest of the staff was also OK. I wasn't expecting much: all I wanted was to buy a computer and to be treated as a welcomed customer and more importantly, as a human being who deserves respect. Sorry for the 1-star, but TIM is not fit to work with customers (unless you fit his standards, which apparently I didn't).
