I came to buy a few different devices and I ended up with nothing. After arriving managers started to kick me to each other and then after waiting around 30 minutes I was reached by not so friendly lady. No smile. She has answered to my questions but I was too tired after waiting that I decided to go off.

After waiting a few minutes, the pick up desk representative #2 sent us to the AirPod section and said he’d send someone over to help us. We waited there about 10 min before I asked representative #3 for help. He the said we’d have to go wait in line on the other side of the store, which would be about 40min. We waited for about 25m before we were matched with representative #4. While we were finally able to try them on, he wasn’t able to answer any questions about the new AirPods or how to find a good fit. The store did not seem that busy and it certainly wasn’t peak hours. Seemed like they had enough staff, so I’m not sure what the miscommunication, procedural errors, or delays were.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, answered all of my questions clearly, and was very patient throughout the checkout process even when my credit card took a while to process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Elijah if you’re making a purchase — I’ll definitely be coming back again!
