Horrible experience. I was helped by three different employees, and all three spoke to me very badly and had no intention of helping me. My friend also had a horrible experience with their staff. They are not professional or kind people.

Very nice store, a lot of options, very patient and helpfull staff, except for Bonnie, that didn’t know whats was going on (my family is big and was trading phones and watches, it was a lot), didn’t wanted to know and tried to boss around. Didn’t have an issue until her, other than that, recommend.

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Attitude
I am a long-time Apple user with multiple devices, but my recent experience at this store was marred by an arrogant and dismissive attitude from the staff regarding the age of my hardware.
Staff A: Upon seeing that I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max, he immediately became dismissive, reacting with a visible smirk of disapproval. It felt like my concerns were being judged based on the model of my phone rather than the technical issue at hand.
Staff B: When I asked if there were alternatives to a system update for an AirTag connection—as I prefer to manage my device’s performance manually—I was met with a blunt "that's the only way" accompanied by a hostile expression. The subtext was clear: my time and my 4-year-old device weren't worth the effort of a polite explanation.
It is my choice when to upgrade my hardware. It is Apple’s responsibility to provide professional service to all customers, regardless of whether they are carrying the latest model. The microaggressions and "holier-than-thou" attitude I encountered today were entirely uncalled for. I expect better from a premium service provider.

Came in to get my AirPod pros checked out because one of my AirPods won’t charge consistently. Was told it’s be 5 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes while others who came after me were helped. Finally got helped after I waved someone down to complain. The person I complained about my wait to told me the diagnostics would take 20 minutes. The person who finally came to help said it’d take 10 minutes. Of course taking less time is better but these workers are horrible at setting expectations for how long anything takes and are completely unapologetic when confronted with it.

When I tell you I am pissed off at the service my daughter received I am beyond pissed . She first went to the grove Apple Store to get her phone fixed . They didn’t have everything they need to fix her phone so they sent her to the century city location . She got there and gave them her phone they told her to come back in a hour in a half . When she came back and disgusting, rude , hateful employee by the name is Max helped her . Well that’s the name another employee told me since they don’t wear name badges. It was 1/29/26 at 6:30. He wore glasses he kind of looks like the guy where’s Waldo. I only describing him because I want upper management to know who I’m talking about since they don’t wear name badges. My daughter FaceTime me on her friends phone and asked my pen number to my T-Mobile account . I gave it to her . While I was on FaceTime I can hear this employee talking to my daughter extremely rude . My daughter just turn 18 so she just a kid and doesn’t know to much about things like this so I stayed on the phone to help her . He told my daughter she was not an authorized user so he couldn’t help her get her phone back running. I let him know she is an authorized user on my “ T mobile “ account because I sent her to the t mobile store before to upgrade her phone . Then Max say go t mobile and have them help you . I said why does she have to go to T-Mobile . He said because we did a hard drive reset and for what we did she needs to sign a contract and she is not an authorized user so she can’t sign the contract . I said why is she signing a contract to repair a fully paid phone and it’s the same phone she walked in with? This is not a new phone and why would she sign a contract to repair her phone ? He said I have other customers and began to walk away . I told daughter to ask him to send someone else or he need to finish helping you . He turned around and said go to t mobile I have other customers and then walked in there back employee room. When I tell you I’m on the phone pissed . My daughter said mom my phone is not working still . Max went and stayed in the back for about ten minutes. Another employee by the name of Trey seen my daughter looking confused, lost and on the verge of crying he walked up to her and asked what was wrong . We explain to him and he said let me see what I can do . He asked for the PIN number like the other rude employee did which was fine . But Trey not only help my daughter , he never asked her to sign a contract and it took Trey no more than three minutes to get my daughter’s phone up and running . I will give Trey his own review because he does not deserve to have his name on the one start review. Thank you a Trey . And if I could give zero stars I would . I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I have my own business where I have clients and you do not treat no one the way Max treats people . I will be escalating this matter because his actions are disrespectful and disgusting.
