The customer service is not the best in this store. The staff could be helpful and knowledgable, but they can definitely be trained with better standards in etiquette. We purchased a beand new iPhone and were finishing up with the last minute transfering, the closing manager, Eric, rushed us to leave, because the store was closed. I honestly have never seen this kind of attitude in sales, specially with Apple which takes such a pride on its products.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to hand over a perfectly functional (albeit slightly slow) MacBook to the “Genius” Bar and get back a coffee‑soaked paperweight, look no further — the Apple Store at Westfield Century City has perfected the art. My wife brought in her older MacBook because web pages were loading slowly. That’s it. No smoke, no sparks, no dramatic last words from the device. Just slow Safari. We dropped it off, expecting maybe a tune‑up or at least a diagnosis. A few days later, we returned to pick it up — only to be handed a MacBook that now featured a mysterious, giant coffee stain on the bottom and the added bonus of being completely dead. As in, won’t turn on, won’t blink, won’t even pretend to be alive. When we asked what happened, the staff delivered the news with the emotional warmth of a surgeon announcing, “We lost him on the operating table.” They shrugged, said there was “nothing they could do,” and recommended we buy a brand‑new MacBook — because apparently their accidents are your financial responsibility! Naturally, we expressed our frustration. Silly us. The manager responded by informing us that unless we left immediately, she would call the police. Yes, you read that correctly: the Police! Because nothing says “premium customer experience” like threatening to arrest customers whose laptop you just destroyed. So if you’re looking for a place where your working computer can go in for a checkup and come out looking like it died in a barista brawl — and where raising a concern gets you treated like a criminal — this is absolutely the store for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else!

I don’t recommend this location if you plan to checkout and purchase the same day. You will be asked to queue in line with everyone who is casually asking for assistance. For every 10 people that line up, only 1 or 2 actually walk out with a bag (and this is the holiday week)

This Apple Store in Westfield Century City has the worst attitude from all the Apple Stores I've been to. And it's not just cause of a bad day they might be experiencing but I've been here more than 5 times and out of the 5 times here it's always so bad and uncomfortable and the team here treats people like an inconvenience. This is CenturyCity/Beverly Hills, this is such a nice location with lots of traffic and people from all over the world not sure why Apple hired the worst team to be here in this prime location
