The trade in was seamless through AT&T, she even helped me pick out a case. I would absolutely recommend this store, staff is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and most importantly, kind. Definitely would come back again and again.

My partner then asked someone for help and they said they’d send somebody over to us. We waited over 10 minutes before asking someone else for help. And they told us the same thing, and even pointed out who would help us out. Another 5-8 min go by and we get told by another employee that we’re next in line. As soon as the employee that was supposed to help us finished up helping their previous customer, she disappeared to the back then she went straight to another customer instead of us. We were dressed in sweats and hoodies and I don’t know if they judged us based off what we were wearing but the service was terrible and I waited for 30 minutes for some help before they ignored and skipped us. I ended up leaving because that’s just crazy.
