  Went in to get replacement accessory for my airwrap because my dog chewed it. I wish I got the name of the lady assisting me, because she was extremely helpful in finding a replacement and provided excellent service!!

  We purchased a Dyson humidifier on July 11, 2025, expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, this turned into the worst purchase experience we’ve ever had. We received the first unit on July 16, and it was defective right out of the box — the humidifying function (the main reason we bought it) did not work at all. After long conversations with customer support, we were told to replace a part. We waited, installed it, and nothing changed. We then received a replacement on August 1… with the exact same issue. After more frustrating back-and-forth with support, we pushed for another replacement. The third unit arrived on August 13 (on my wife’s birthday), and finally — it worked. But only for a while. It stopped working again, and we had to go through the entire process yet another time. On September 30, we received our FOURTH unit. Thankfully, this one worked properly. During these two months, Dyson support promised compensation (discount and free filters), but we never received anything. Then on March 28, 2026, the unit suddenly stopped working again — we heard a click, and it completely stopped blowing air. When we contacted support, we were told the warranty had expired because more than six months had passed since purchase. This is unacceptable, considering we spent most of that time dealing with defective units and replacements. If you are considering buying a Dyson humidifier — be aware: you might not get a working unit right away, and it may not last long. It took us FOUR units to get one that worked — and even that one failed. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this product.

  Dyson use to be an incredible company and product creation co. NO MORE!!!! Over the past several years we have purchased six different Dyson products and when they work they are great! However, if something breaks FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!! They have become completely worthless to deal with if you have an issue or need a repair for their overpriced products. The actual Dyson store employees that we have spoken to, in person, several times in the last year are completely unhelpful and incompetent if you need a repair!! They have no idea how that gets done. So you are left to navigate the app which is a HUGE waste of time or call in and deal with someone from India the makes it enormously frustrating to deal with as they only read from scripts and offer NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! So you get the massive run around and zero help!!! The company is not transparent and nor do they care about keeping their products out of landfills!!! DONE WITH THIS JUNK!!!
