I went in to buy a pair of headphones, and the store wasn’t busy at all. I asked twice for assistance and ended up waiting 40–50 minutes. Each time, I was told someone would come help, but no one showed up—even the manager walked by without addressing it. When someone finally came over, it took another 10 minutes just to find the key to unlock the case. It’s honestly ridiculous that headphones priced around $200 are locked up, while more expensive ones—over $500—are freely accessible. The whole experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Dishonest employees. They display the headphones for a lot cheaper only to inform you that you need to open a membership for $49 per year. Otherwise they are $100 more. 14 days return window unacceptable. No wonder there are more employees than customers. Amazon is much better with 30 days return policy

As a black woc I always feel racially profiled when I enter this store. If I didn’t have to I definitely would not have been in there. But imagine being almost 60 and having security look at you and do preventative steps to try to thwart you from what they believe you may do (like move their position to the door leading out and then going back in when you leave). It’s 100% racist stereotyping and honestly I’m hoping they do do something because I’m old enough that I never argue but I do like to sue. Anyways looking forward to this dinosaur of a store to go out of business. May the security continue to overlook the people who really steal (so they can get away since they want to focus on black shoppers so much)

Best Buy is the new Circuit City. Like what do yall actually have anymore? I remember growing up if a video game came out I could just drive to Best Buy and pick it up. Now nothing is ever available at any location. Half the time I can’t even order it online. You guys have zero stock of anything good or new. All the most popular stuff always sold out. What do you guys even sell DVDs and CDs??? like put this place out of business already

this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this
