Stunning !!!! And shocking đąđ¤Š
So far, this is really the one and only Apple Store that shocked me. I was obsessed.
đ Apple Tower Theatre blends historic charm with Appleâs signature minimalism in a way that feels almost surreal.
Walking in, youâre immediately struck by the restored grandeur of the original 1927 theaterâornate ceilings, dramatic arches, and intricate detailing that make the space feel more like a cultural landmark than a store.
Apple did an exceptional job preserving the soul of the building while integrating modern design seamlessly. It doesnât feel like they took over the spaceâit feels like they revived it.
The atmosphere is calm, almost gallery-like. Even when itâs busy, the openness and layout prevent it from feeling overwhelming.
What really makes this location special is that itâs not just about shoppingâitâs about experiencing design, history, and technology all at once. Itâs the kind of place you can walk into just to appreciate the architecture or take a break from the chaos of downtown.
That said, parking in the area can be a bit inconvenient, and like most Apple stores, it can get crowded during peak hours. But honestly, the space itself makes it worth the visit!!!!!!!
Overall, itâs easily one of the most beautiful Apple stores in the worldâand a must-see if youâre anywhere near DTLA.
Worst Apple store experience in my entire Apple life. This store is horrible. That is putting it lightly. The store asthetic is amazing. And the security guard at the door was great. Gave me a brief history of the store and Broadway. Ariana was horrible. I'll never go to this store again...

I walked into the store today and Sarif was awesome! He was so attentive and helpful. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but I was so impressed by the staff and specifically Sarif. He actually helped me fix my phone problem too! Give this man a raise! Thanks again!

I stay across the street from this great location. Itâs absolutely stunning. However the service is consistently sub par. If you like setting an appointment days in advance only to witness others put ahead of you even if they are late or what ever⌠then this could be your place. There is no excuse for a business to ask you to schedule a time the way apple does and then they ignore the curtesy of respecting your time. I like Apple products but am often either ecstatic about the service or I am just pissed off. Maybe just do what you say apple and train people who can respect the customers time.
If I could give this store a zero star, I definitely would. Unbelievable.
My mom visited this store last night but there was no reservation available so she reserved Apple Vision Pro for us the following day (Monday) at 11am. We were here at 10:40am waiting. We asked the black lady (short height) if we were ok to begin our reservation a bit early. All she said was âno, we are short staffed. You might have to wait until noonâ.
Absolutely no apology, no excuse, nothing. Just wait if you want to keep your reservation.
I told her we are visitors and cannot just return here as many times as we want and all she said was âwe canât just bring a person in just for you twoâ
I am very surprised. I thought Apple is one of the biggest companies in this world but their customer service is unbelievably horrible.
At the end? The person didnât show up at all and we waited 90 min in total and just left. I am not going to leave her name here but if you see her (, 5 ft, black lady with glasses), just donât ask her for anything. If something is wrong, she will not apologize and will just treat it as if itâs your fault.
There were 10 people working and I saw 7 people chatting and standing playing with their phones. You say no one can help you with your reservation?
Building? Yes pretty. Customer service? Horrible. Terrible.
