Unbelievable experience with Emelyn!! She realized my apple care never transferred over from my old phone and that i was paying for apple care on an old device that i traded in. After she realized what happened, she spoke with her manager and handled the situation extremely professionally and came up with a fair resolution. I am beyond impressed with how easily she understood the situation and didn’t waste anyone’s time. The management at the grove is far better than centry city, and handles situation with care and patience. I would only use the apple store at the grove over any other apple store in LA. Emelyn is a true angel and cares, thank gd humanity still exists in people like her!! Apple you should promote her!!

I came to buy a HomePod, but unfortunately I left empty-handed because it was impossible to find a staff member to help ….

I want to formally share my experience, as it was extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expect.
During my first visit, I clearly explained that the phone I had been given just two weeks prior had been having issues from day one — iCloud was not downloading properly, the device was very slow, videos would not play, and the audio was not working. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that they would first replace a part, then reset the phone, and only consider a replacement if the issue persisted. After waiting approximately four hours, I left without a proper resolution.
I returned the next day for the scheduled repair and ended up waiting an additional 6–7 hours. During this process, all of my data — including my SIM — was erased. I was again told that a part would be replaced and the phone would be reset. The service took so long that by the time I left, the T-Mobile store was closed, and I had to find my way home without navigation.
The following day, when I went to T-Mobile to restore my eSIM, I was informed that the phone I had was actually a different device with a different IMEI. That is when I realized that after 7 hours of waiting, I had been given a “replacement” phone — one that already had visible scratches on the screen — without any clear communication or transparency.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, excessive wait times, data loss, and the condition of the replacement device are all unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and strongly believe that the quality of service at this branch does not meet Apple’s standards.

APPLE THE GROVE: WHERE DESIGN SPEAKS FOR ITSELF
Walking into the Apple Store at The Grove does not feel like entering a retail space.
It feels like stepping into a designed environment.
My wife and I both felt it immediately.
The first thing that hits you is the ceiling.
Not just reflective. Intentional.
That mirrored ceiling pulls the outside in. The trees, the light, the movement of people all reflect upward and back down again. It creates this quiet illusion that you are standing in the middle of a modern forest. Clean. Open. Elevated.
We both paused and looked up.
Because it is different.
Most stores try to grab your attention.
This one earns it.
There is no clutter. No chaos. No pressure.
Everything is spaced with discipline. Tables are minimal, product placement is exact, and the energy stays calm even when the store is full.
You are not being pushed.
You are being allowed.
The glass architecture brings in natural light during the day, and at night, the reflections give the space a completely different tone. Warmer. More immersive. Almost cinematic.
And here is the honest truth.
We loved the build.
We respected the design.
We respected the experience.
We respected the intention behind every detail.
But we still prefer Samsung.
And that says something.
Because even without switching sides, the Apple Store at The Grove made us stop, pay attention, and appreciate what we were standing in.
That is not easy to do.
Most places you walk through and forget.
This one stays with you.
Not because of what they sell.
But because of how it makes you feel.
