  Really awesome employees. I am looking to trade in my computer, and the woman helping us really cared for the work I will he using my computer for. She didnt try to just sell me something. She gave me real information that I took home to think about.

  “I visited the Apple Store at Century City (10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA) and waited since 7:10 PM without being helped. Not only was I ignored, but when I tried to file a complaint, no one was willing to assist me or escalate the situation. I also felt that the way I was treated was discriminatory. As a Hispanic customer, I felt I was being ignored while others were being helped, which made the experience even more concerning. This level of service is unacceptable and not what I expect from Apple. I would like this issue to be formally reviewed

  I had a bad experience twice here. Customer service is not great and the employees are super unclear. Specifically, the employee checking in repair today (Mar 27) at 3:30pm was super unhelpful and not knowledgeable.

  Spent $40USD for a screen protector that is applied with their special machine. The screen protector lasted under two month without me dropping the phone or anything. This is by far the most expensive screen protector I ever bought and also most likely the one that cracked the quickest. Therefore, the machine application is all a gimmick and please make sure you never spend that much on a screen protector as it isn’t worth it! I also bought the tech woven case which has started developing bubbles, just like countless other people are talking about online. Of course Apple makes it super hard / impossible to get any of this resolved. Spent about two hours on phone calls and sent a few emails but to no avail.

  Fantastic service from the store manager, Daisy. Went above and beyond beyond to immediately solve a problem herself. Very much appreciated.
