I got helped by Lauren and he is truly as helpful as a glass hammer. Not only he failed to assist us in securing a mobile hot spot, he also just had no communication skill to speak of. We had no idea id he made attempt at assisting in the situation. This place desperately needs to retrain its staff. If this gets taken down again, I will increase my word length.
