    I came in with my phone only partially. Working. Alex, who has helped me previously, identified the issue quickly, explained several options, answered all my questions ( I had quite a few), and patiently worked with me in making the best choices for my needs. I really appreciate Alex and his professionalism.

    Worst experience ever! I had the displeasure of working with the general manager Josh Ramirez. I preordered two new Iphone 17s. He was supposed to call me when one of the phones was delivered to the store which he never did. My wife went into the store to pickup her phone, and he was extremely rude to her, telling her that the phone was never ordered. I had to go back into the store and show him proof that the phone was ordered through him. He told me that they didn't have the phone, and then later he told me that someone from another store canceled the order, and it was sold to someone else. Of course, this was all lies. I called corporate, and they told me that none of that happened. He added a bunch of extra monthly charges to my bill which I never agreed to. I was charged sales tax plus the additional monthly charges, and no way of getting the money back. I never received the phone I ordered, and all he did was continue to lie to me and my wife about the situation. I believe he is running a scam, and I'm sure he is and has done this to many people. Stay away from this store. If the general manager is a scam artist, then I'm sure the rest of the people that work there and the owner are scam artist too. I will be filing a corporate complaint against this store, one with the better business bureau, and any where else I can file a complaint. Worst experience ever!
