- CGCandy GaticaJan 15, 20261.0La peor experiencia que he pasado en este año; hice una orden del iPhone 17 pro Max para recogerlo en la tienda y nunca nos llamaron para recoger el teléfono mi esposo fue a preguntar por el teléfono y dijeron que no tenían sistema para entregárselo y luego fue al siguiente día y dijeron que la orden ya no les aparecía en su sistema, que la orden estaba cancelada mi esposo llamó a la compañía y dijeron que la orden si estaba en el sistema y que no estaba cancelada la cosa aquí es de que ellos no querían entregarnos el teléfono porque como lo dijo el manager de la tienda que prácticamente no les interesaba la orden porque no lo habíamos comprado ahí en la tienda y que ellos no son corporación como quien dice que sólo te ayudan si compras con ellos y eso es obvio para que ellos se lleven su comisión; mi recomendación es si compras en línea no lo pidas para recoger en esta tienda de Lompoc porque no te lo entregan son unos mentirosos y groseros pésimo servicio al cliente .
