They do not ask if anyone needs help, and it’s not like the store is a big place either. I can hear them breathing! They are sitting there in the middle of the store doing absolutely nothing. No hi, how can I help you. Finally went up for help and all they do is tell you to follow the steps on the phone. Couldn’t I do this at home then ? By the time I realize it’s not working about 30 minutes later they say oh you need to pay to use our wifi !If you are not there to be sold something you are useless to them. Please remove the workers in this store. They need to go ! Edit- I have went in 3 different times hoping it would be a different experience maybe they had a bad day, NOPE just bad customer service.
