Two months later I get a bill for almost $300 so I went into the store and they said that’s the activation fee. I said I was never told this by your rep Max. They said they doubt he didn’t tell me, and that there is nothing they can do about it. I called Verizon customer service, and even she told me they are lying and that they could have waived the fee in store!!! So she waived the fee, and thankfully now I’m good to go. Avoid this Verizon store!!
