Avoid this Verizon! They are shady liars. Was told everything was good and my new bill amount. Two months later I get a bill for almost $300 so I went into the store and they said that’s the activation fee. I said I was never told this by your rep Max. They said they doubt he didn’t tell me, and that there is nothing they can do about it. I called Verizon customer service, and even she told me they are lying and that they could have waived the fee in store!!! So she waived the fee, and thankfully now I’m good to go. Avoid this Verizon store!!

Outstanding Service from Tina at Verizon!
I had such an awesome experience today thanks to Tina. She went above and beyond to help me with a complicated issue regarding my account and a recent device upgrade.
Not only did Tina quickly diagnose the problem, but she explained the technical details in a way that was perfectly clear and easy to understand. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Verizon's products and policies, and it was obvious I was speaking with a true expert.
Tina handled everything efficiently and professionally, making what I thought would be a stressful call actually feel pleasant and effortless. She is truly a fantastic representative, she was awesome, patient, can’t forget, extremely beautiful!! Verizon, you have a gem.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my new iPhone at the Lincoln Verizon! The girl that helped me was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She helped me set up my new iphone and helped put on the camera protector. It was really nice having a positive experience after a long day working!

Briana is still a useless human being who has NO empathy or sympathy towards others. This is the same Vanessa who did a review of this store about a week ago. After doing the review last week I received a call from Justin, the district manager. He told me that because of our circumstances (the death of my husband), he would have the transfers from each phone to the other done at no charge to me. When I arrived to meet with the store manager, Max, to transfer the data he explained that the only way to do the transfer was to wipe my dead husband’s phone clean to transfer the information from my son’s very old phone to my husband’s much newer model phone. I explained that I didn’t want to lose anything from my husband’s phone because he was dead. I then called Justin and he made a suggestion to Max for a work around but also told me it might not be able to be done. I explained to both Max and Justin that it’s just a matter of better communicating different possible outcomes and had I known that one of the possible outcomes of transferring data might mean losing everything on my husbands phone, I might have reconsidered making the transfer at all. I said I couldn’t believe no one was going to take accountability for the lack of communication. Justin then tried to make excuses that he doesn’t know all phone types but also that it’s a problem with Apple. So, which is it, a problem with Apple, or not knowing everything to do with every phone? I then made a comment about no one wanting to take accountability for the issues I was experiencing and Justin became extremely condescending in his responses at that point. While all of this was happening, little miss Briana was hiding behind the monitor at the desk, whispering, laughing and gesturing towards me while laughing. Overall, the entire situation just left a very sour taste in my mouth. Max ended up getting almost everything figured out though he did blame outdated apps from Verizon for that last issue he couldn’t get resolved. I hope none of these people ever have anything tragic happen in their lives like me and my children did just 6 months ago. I am so lucky to have a village of family and friends helping to support me and be there for me for all of the big and small life changes we are experiencing and I am thankful for them all every day. I truly believe that because I am a helper by nature and go out of my way to help others because helping others brings me joy, that the help I now need came back to me when I have needed it most. The same goes for people who are rude, condescending, unprofessional, and who lack sympathy or empathy for others like these Verizon employers do……. I have never left such a review as this before but want people to know not to waste any time at this Verizon location as you will regret it and never get that lost time back. Go elsewhere if you need support from Verizon!! Don’t waste any time, energy, and money here!!!!!!
