  I just upgraded my plan and mobile phone. All the staff that I dealt with during the process were most professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am 87 and challenged with the process of setting up a new phone; however, they worked with me and had everything up and running. My family and I have been with Verizon for over 30 years.

  We dropped into our local Verizon store to get my daughter a new phone. It wasn’t crowded at all, greeted right away in a very nice an clean store. The girl who helped us was fantastic. We knew what we wanted which also made it easy. She explained the current promotion clearly and off we went. We were in an out of there in 30 minutes or so. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to how easy our process was. Customer service was to notch. Cheers.

  Brianna at Verizon store Lincoln is incredible. She helped me set up a business line and was thorough in all my questions. I am always so grateful to great customer service and she exceeded my expectations. 10/10 experience.
