They say they have it, we drive two hours to get there because we are traveling and its the nearest store from the camp ground (mine broke). 4 dudes sitting around with nothing to do. We explain how bad of a day it was but at least it works out and we can get a new phone. Manager and another guy need to check stock in the back? They come back and say they are sold out? We checked availability. They said they have it. We left and called again, they said they had it. All 4 guys were passive aggressive and standoffish. Went to palmdale and they had it just fine. District Manager, do something with this store.
