  Edgar was very helpful I had locked my phone out and he helped me reset the phone he helped me with all my questions and literally helped me change the password and let me tell you we need more employees like him because I went to another store and they were no help and ride but here they helped me out with everything thank Edgar really appreciate your help.

  6/14/25 sat 130pm I walked into the store as the door was propped open. I closed it as not to let the heat in. One of the sales clerks asked if I could open it to which I asked if the door could be closed during the sale as my daughter was with me and has seizures. Clerk stated: what does that have to do with the door? I stated her seizures are heat triggered. clerk stated: she’ll be fine. I stated: if anything happens we’ll know. Clerk stated: don’t worry, she’ll be fine I stated: too late. I worry. Clerk asked how he could help and I asked for any phones with storage above 200gigs. The clerk stated that it would have to be sent for. I said ok and walked out. He said have a good day. I didn’t have a problem with the sales customer service until the cricket sales clerk, who is a non-medical personnel, telling me, a licensed nurse, to not worry about my daughter…who has had seizures for 18 years. I understand that the Employees are cold, However , it would just be for the duration of the sale. Because Cricket seems to know more about my daughter seizures than I do, They lost a $1600 sale to which I gave to Verizon who went out of their way to help us. I will be ending my 3 year account with Cricket. Cricket has usually been really helpful and I have appreciated prior customer service. Today was not that day.
