Nothing but problems 1st internet box I received didn’t work took it back they then upgraded me to a supposedly better 5G fios version they had a technician come set it up he put his own passwords when setting it up I could never make myself the primary account holder because of what he did I was never able to sign up for autopay, then it was constant problems with the internet box always losing connection or just no connection period I finally had enough and cancelled my internet upon doing so they told me I had to return the internet box within 30-60 days mind you when the technician setup the internet he wired cables through the walls and also setup one internet box on the exterior 2nd floor of our apartment seeing as there was no way to retrieve the box on my own I contacted Verizon they assured they would send someone out to retrieve the box they never did now they keep calling me harassing me claiming I owe them 500+ dollars for the box I’ve tried multiple times to call Verizon to resolve this they keep giving me the run around transferring me to different departments no one can even give me information on my account one lady Aliya from the fios department gave me a number to call stating they could help me she gave me the number to Medicare…. Horrendous service I will never use Verizon services again customer service is a joke all they do is give you the runaround…
