My anxiety level from dealing with this issue was sky high. Young lady named Johanna was so awesome, she patiently waited for me to go home to get another phone I had replaced with this one, she then took the time to transfer all my info from that phone into the one we had just defaulted..And she did this with such a positive attitude. I've been with Cricket since 2005, and I gotta tell ya this was the best service Ive ever received at any location. Thank you Johanna! You were a lifesaver today
