  The manager at this location is soooo kind and professional....talk about patient...she helped me so much more then I expected!!!...Joselin is her name so if you want wonderful customer service this is the location to go to!!!

  I originally came to this cricket on 10/14/25 and bought my son his 1st phone for his birthday. Two weeks later after my son tried to use his GPS and it wasn't working properly I returned to the store for help. They were polite and helped they believe a setting was turned off. After leaving the store it still didn't work. I returned later when I had time and they said it was another setting. Long story short this has been an on going problem that's never been corrected. TODAY I ARRIVED AT THE STORE AT 10AM STORE DOORS WERE STILL NOT UNLOCKED AND I HAD TO WAIT ON JOCELYN TO OPEN THE STORE. SHE REMEMBER BE FROM A FEW DAYS AGO AND TRIED LOOKING LOOKING THROUGH THE SETTING TO Correct THE ISSUE. SHE WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR HER TO Finish WITH ANOTHER FARMLY THAT I LET GO AHEAD IF US AFTER SHE Originally COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AS I WAS BEING POLITE AND DIDNT WANT TO BE A BOTHER AS I WAS OPENING ANOTHER KINE AND BUTONG ANOTHER PHONE. AFTER THE 2 HOURS SHE STATES THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO. I ASKED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND AND SHE SAID I HAD 7 DAYS. SHE HASNT EVEN WORKED THEIR 7 DAYS. THIS IS COMPLETELY MONKEY BUSINESS I WAS GIVING A PHONE FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY THATS DEFECTIVE AND THATS PERFECTLY OK IN Cricket AND JOCELYN EYES. Not only did she miss a sale on another phone but she also lost a customer for cricket. They give free phones away every second of the day. Can't believe they can't replace a free phone. Totally bizarre!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF SHE THINKS ITS LEGIT TO PLACE THE CRICKET ADVERTISING STAND UP SIGN IN THE WAY AND ON THE HANDICAP RAMP. BUYER BEWARE!!!! FREE PHONES THAT DONT WORK!!!! BUT YOU STILL OWE MONTHLY SERVICE ON. .
