- NKNatalie KFeb 9, 20265.0I had an issue with using my CareCredit card to pay for a service at VCA Arroyo Animal Hospital several months ago. Long story short, Jasmine and Amanda went above and beyond to resolve the issue and really made me feel at ease about a frustrating situation involving a charge that should have been interest-free, but ended up not, unbeknownst to both myself and VCA Arroyo. These ladies worked to resolve my request in a timely and diligent manner, and ended up saving me some money as a result. I appreciate the caring, kind service. I have been a customer at this location since 2014 and drive by several other VCA hospitals to get to this hospital and I will continue to do so because of the service I received from this team! Thank you again to Jasmine and Amanda for your exceptional customer service!

They have been so supportive caring and welcoming from the beginning. They don’t only care for your pets but they also show so much care for the pet parents too making sure you know what resources they provide with great transparency and options. They are very open about pricing and what options can be provided if certain services are too high for your budget. I personally think having a pet comes with the costs that no one can predict as well as paying for the quality of care . I think everything thing here is great priced considering other options and the effort put into the care. Highly recommend this place for any new pet parents or people looking for a new vet. PS Dr.Chen is so amazing as well as all the wonderful receptionists 🫶.
- WPwei pJan 13, 20252.0Vet was very nice and friendly, but the cost was exorbitant! I brought my cat for a check up and got 2 vaccine shots and blood work done. I almost fainted when they told me to sign the bill for $700+. I can’t come here again because it’s too expensive. Edit: I asked got a discount after I got a reply from this comment and never got a reply. Expected but still disappointing.
