We started tinkering with/breaking computers in 7th grade. 10 years later, in 2013, we began fixing computers for a living. Phones became more and more popular so the demand for cell phone repair drove us to start fixing phones. With trial and error, and after starting up and running multiple shops in Los Angeles, we've gained the knowledge and confidence to tackle ANY repair or installation with diligence. Plus, we love and have a passion for what we do; tinker with gadgets.

I came in with a phone that had a mainboard issue, and even though it couldn’t be fixed here, he took the time to thoroughly test it, explain everything clearly, and never once tried to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. He was very upfront about what he could and couldn’t do, which I really appreciated, and he genuinely tried everything he could to help. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, cares about his customers, and truly enjoys the work. He’s not just trying to make a sale. His kindness, transparency, and professionalism really stood out. If I ever need any tech repairs in the future, this is exactly where I’m going. Highly recommend this shop!
