    DO NOT GO HERE. EMPLOYEES EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS. THEIR ACTIONS MAKE ME REGRET CHOOSING THEIR PRODUCT. IF I WAS VERIZON ID SEND CORPORATE TO THIS STORE FOR A REVIEW. GARBAGE.

    This store doesn't keep their word, Started a business account and since we started in August 2025 we have been having nothing but problems, was told out bill would a certain amount since then every month I get a different amount and having to call every month to try to fix the problem and yet the problem is on going, this stems from an error in the store business representative mistake. I do not recommend using this store for any Verizon services.

    Friendly staff BUT Verizon isn't really doing anything for anyone other than themselves. For instance, I was inquiring about a Samsung fitness ring && they told me they dont really sell them like @ all && Verizon isn't doing anything about it. Which was odd to me. Rather loose a sale than make SOME KIND of deal. Otherwise, nothing really special here.

    Went in on Wednesday 12/17 around 1:30pm. I checked in only for the employees to ignore the check in and help guests that have walked right in for orders. I even heard the team member ask the customer if I was here first, customer confirmed and still said "ill help you first". On top of that, I waa denied a sale of a simple SIM Card with the rudest attitude. It didnt have to be connected to my line since I could call verizon and activate it then. I was told that they will not sell me a sim card with out the other device on hand and we cant do anything else for you..... what? You couldnt sell me a Blank SIM that Walmart could 10 mins later with no problems? Completly unprofessional and rude service from this Verizon location.

    My family have been loyal verizon customers for over 28 years, 5 phone lines, autopay and flawless payment history. I have never had problems with Verizon, EVER. I received phone upgrade promotions for Christmas so I ordered a new phone through the Verizon app. It offered at-home delivery and setup by a "Pro on the Go" through a company called ASURION. The delivery was scheduled for Friday, they no call/no showed the appointment, then delivery was rescheduled for Saturday and yet again another no call/no show. Even worse, when I called in to complain and figure out where my phone was, Asurion cancelled the delivery entirely, which somehow voided my promotional upgrade deal with Verizon. I then had to spend many hours on the phone with customer service the next day to resubmit the order and I had to pay for the phone a second time. Even then, I was promised same day pick up at this store, Unfortunately, this "Official" verizon store didn't have my order ready until 10 minutes before closing when they finally notified me, wasting yet another day. As I had already spent nearly 20 hours over the course of 3 days on the phone with Verizon customer service and Asurion, I was seeking face to face, in person resolution of these issues. I spoke with the Store Manager named Diego and was told, VERBATIM, "We do not provide customer service here, this is a sales only location. You have to call customer service to resolve any billing issues." The complete dismissal of my complaints and dissatisfaction by this "Official" verizon store and its employees have shattered any confidence and trust I have with Verizon. I request an immediate investigation of this series of failures. Missed deliveries, Asurion cancellation voiding my Verizon device credits, duplicate payments, broken pickup promises and an OUTRIGHT REFUSAL OF IN-PERSON ASSISTANCE. This represents a completely unacceptable and, quite frankly, a PATHETIC breakdown in customer service. After ~3 decades of loyalty to Verizon, I am strongly considering switching all five lines to Spectrum Mobile who has offered to not only beat my monthly service price but also offered us substantial account credits and prepaid Visa cards to offset any early termination fees from the Verizon contracts. INVESTIGATE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE A HIGH RANKING VERIZON REP CONTACT ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RESOLVED BEFORE YOU LOSE AN ENTIRE FAMILY ACCOUNT TO PURE AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE!!
