I went in with a whole bunch of problems with my old phone, and she took her time fixing everything for me and explaining what was going on. She also helped me upgrade to a new phone and made the whole process super easy. On top of that, she hooked me up with some headphones and set everything up so it was ready to use. Her customer service was amazing — patient, friendly, and really helpful. Definitely recommend her!

I must say it was a very good experience there were 2 young women store employees both were very professional, attentive and respectful and in my opinion a valuable asset to the Cricket business thier customer service skills and knowledge was well above. One of these employees had a very outgoing personality and beautiful smile not to mention her beautiful long black wavy hair and a great singing voice as she made my waiting process enjoyable while she sung a few bars.
