    I stopped into this Verizon store because they told me they had a phone I wanted. I arrived one hour after my phone call and they did not have that phone. Maybe they sold it. Maybe not. Big store. I found the agents friendly.

    Terrible customer service, I open my 2 lines here and they suggest to add an insurance on the phones which I did, when I lost my phone, they couldn’t help me. they sent me with the insurance company. When I got the phone. They couldn’t activate, one of the employees trying to help me calling customer service because he can’t do anything with his login code, , the customer service guy on the phone ask the rep to talk with the manager because the manager have the ability or she has the code to fix some problems than the regular employees cannot, but the manager the lady her name Briana she wasn’t doing anything on her side, she was just sitting and talking with another employees laughing. I would like to make a complaint with a corporate because this location it has terrible customer service. I spend like three hours and then they sent me for my ID and when I come back they make me wait on the waiting list for another 30 minutes. It looks like they’re not gonna be able to fix my phone today and I don’t know if they’re gonna fix it tomorrow which is today is Friday and tomorrow and Saturday. I need my phone for work

    La gente no quiere trabajar! Esto es molesto, llegue a las 7:30 pm para poder resolver un asunto con un teléfono pendiente de entregarme, y el chico no dejaba de decir “lo siento, deben sacar cita para mañana, cerramos a las 8:00 pm”. Saqué mi tiempo para poder venir a resolver este asunto. Y como en la página dice que cierran a las 8:00 pm. Corrí para llegar 30 minutos antes. Mejor pongan en el sitio que cierran a las 7:30 pm si no quieren trabajar más

    If I could give negative stars it'd be -5 stars. By far the worst service provider I've had. I switched only because there is no more sprint. This was the biggest mistake ever. I ordered the new iPhone and it was "damaged" in the process, ever arrived. Called multiple and multiple times and they kept saying a "ticket" was placed to fix the issue. It never was. I had to call again multiple times to see about the phone or a refund. Supposedly was going to get a refund. Nothing. Cover a month and still no phone or refund. Asked to speak with managers and kept getting the run around. I ended up closing my account entirely because no one was ever helpful no matter what they promised. Transfered me from one person to another and then dropped my call after I waited and waited. Do not use this service. Told me supervisor was on the line then later said they weren't sure if the sup was still "listening in". Worst worst service does not begin to describe it. Save yourself the trouble. Oh then got an email saying I'd be charged for not returning my phone when the phone I ordered was never delivered and then they guy on the phone asks if I returned the phone. I cannot with these people!
