If I could give negative stars it'd be -5 stars. By far the worst service provider I've had. I switched only because there is no more sprint. This was the biggest mistake ever. I ordered the new iPhone and it was "damaged" in the process, ever arrived. Called multiple and multiple times and they kept saying a "ticket" was placed to fix the issue. It never was. I had to call again multiple times to see about the phone or a refund. Supposedly was going to get a refund. Nothing. Cover a month and still no phone or refund. Asked to speak with managers and kept getting the run around. I ended up closing my account entirely because no one was ever helpful no matter what they promised. Transfered me from one person to another and then dropped my call after I waited and waited. Do not use this service. Told me supervisor was on the line then later said they weren't sure if the sup was still "listening in". Worst worst service does not begin to describe it. Save yourself the trouble. Oh then got an email saying I'd be charged for not returning my phone when the phone I ordered was never delivered and then they guy on the phone asks if I returned the phone. I cannot with these people!

My friend has a Pixel 8A that started acting up early this morning. He's diabetic and disabled, so not having a working phone for any length of time is unacceptable. We researched on Google for solutions and nothing worked. Fortunately the local Verizon store was open and tech Josie managed to get the phone to work so a replacement was not needed! Thank you Josie for taking the extra time to investigate the cause of the malfunction, it is much appreciated!

I believe the manager’s name is Roger. Called from Carmel Mtn. for an inventory check they said they have the phone. Made a 30 minutes drive here. When arrived, Roger admitted that Carmel Mountain did call, but he had customers and he was not able to verify it. He knew that and he waited another 30 minutes to have one of his employees to tell me that. So, he said he has the phone but he cannot give it to me because Carmel Mountain did not place the order as pick up. Someone is lying but overall after 8 years with Verizon, I’m leaving and suggest that you don’t bother with them either. Pure crap service and customer service all around these days!!!! Now I have 30 minutes drive to square one. Hopefully 🤞 no traffics which I doubt!!

Verizon is a bad company. Be prepared to be there for hours . I spent more time there than buying my new car. They do have the same strategy. They make you wait then disappear for 20 minutes or so, they go to a room where they have bathrooms, water, snacks.
I went there to buy internet only, but they told me I have to have a plan with them, i have an I phone 15 new and they made me believe my phone was not good enough fir their service/ I have to get a new phone. All that took 4 hours, only to find out they didn’t have internet service in my area. It was the very first question I asked as i walked in.
Then they told me to comeback next day to finish the set up, next day, magically, they had internet in my area.
They promised things they did delivered.
Next day, i went to two different versions and they both said i don’t need to have a line with them to have internet.
I went to cancel all phone and leave only the internet, however, they left me with no phone even for a couple hours to bounce other phone company.
Now that i call customer service they said I don’t have service with them but i still get a bill. They are a torture! Be careful!
