They were very friendly, were able to do the task and were able to clarify and explain the lifetime warranty I have on my shield protector. Kudos to them! They left a message on my phone to come in and when i did they said i needed an appt. They made me wait around for an hour and at the end all they did is set me up another appt. I paid for a service contract and it was a total waste of money.
