Went in yesterday to add a line and buy a new phone and the gal there was on her bluetooth the entire time she never put her own cell phone down when she finally answered a question it was " I don't know" and when I asked about the phone she kept telling me "Just buy it online". Wow! We ended up leaving and going to another Cricket where they actually wanted our business. Definitely need to retrain and get someone in that isnt too busy on their cell phone to do their job.
