They are linked through Citi bank, purposely put you on endless cycle of interest, an exploitation system, be aware, stay away. I was charged an extra $2k interest without even knowing.

Jack did an awesome job installing my radio.. would definitely recommend having your radio installed here! He also talked me through the options I had to get my radio to work which I really appreciate and he ended up saving me $320 with the parts I didn’t need so I could return it to Best Buy which again is super cool of him.. I’ll be coming here whenever I need car electronic stuff done… one thing was there is a small crack on my 13.1 inch glass screen on the corner bezel of my new radio but not sure if that’s just an accident that happened at bestbuy or something I did before the radio was brought in but it doesn’t affect it and it’s barely noticeable so I don’t care all that much I’ll add a photo of my car radio a little later 👍👌

They never have staff to help customers. I waited for an hour and saw about 10 customers leave the store because there was no one to assist them. They have a sign on the door saying they're short-staffed, yet there are always three of them standing around chatting and doing nothing. I wanted to buy a laptop, but I had to leave.

Was told I need to order online the replacement warranty product because they no longer carry it in store
I agreed with the clerk that I can order online from anywhere online and clarified the only reason I bought the headphones at a physical store was to ensure I could conveniently use the warranty in store if necessary
Honestly no point in buying in stores if they don't keep any inventory available
