  Customer service was slow and rude, it's like after they take your money, they don't want you to bother them. I bought my brand new laptop here with protection plan and they always give me trouble when I come in to get it repaired. The fan went out and still under warranty but they are always too busy to service me and always reschedule me or ask me to come back another time. I've been here 3 times and my protection plan is almost expired! Never buy protection plan! You get better service outside.

  Realicé la compra de una noteboock, la cual no la tenían en stock, en el local. El vendedor nos comento que podían enviarla al domicilio donde estaba alojado, en el transcurso de 2 días. Le consulte si era 100% seguro el plazo de entrega propuesto dado que al dia siguiente de la entrega, debía regresar a mi país y que si o si, necesitaba que la entrada llegue a tiempo. El vendedor me dijo que me quedara tranquilo que el me aseguraba la entrega tal lo antes dicho. El dia de la supuesta el seguimiento del Tracking del envío indicaba que el pedido se haría el dia acordado cerca de las 19.00. Cerca a esa hora, me llego una notificación que la entrega estaba demorarada y que llegaría durante los siguientes 3 dias. Cerca de las 20.00 del mismo dia, dado que viajaba al dia siguiente, me apersone a otra sucursal para manifestar lo sucedido e intentar me den alguna maquina alternativa. Me informaron que no podían. Primero debería recibir el pedido, para luego hacer la devolución, para luego solicitar el reintegro, para luego poder hacer una nueva compra. En fin, una pésima experiencia

  Great customer service. 5 stars! This is the Best Buy to come to. Thimandhi was the most friendliest and so helpful. She spent time with explaining everything I needed to know. I can not say enough about my experience here. It was awesome experience. It started with Afsheen selling me a TCL QM6K and how knowledgeable he was about his TV's. If you want great customer service this is the place you come to.

  I had an amazing experience with Jack at Best Buy today. He helped me uninstall my dash cam and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done. Jack went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and you can tell he truly cares about helping customers. His professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference in my experience. Because of Jack, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to others.
