- CMChristina MatthiasJan 3, 20261.0Don’t go here if you rely on your phone in any capacity. My dad was having a small problem with the touch sensitivity on his screen, and the assistant gave him a problem 10 times worse. He has diabetes and uses 2 apps to monitor glucose levels and his insulin device; and because of this small phone issue he had, his whole phone got reset and now the apps he needs are not working properly. The reset even got him fully locked out of these apps initially, because he had to create a new password for his phone. The assistant didn’t help him reset any of this up, just basically wiped his phone and then sent him on his way. The app-specific customer service people he is working with to help are shocked that an Apple employee would mess up this bad. People who aren’t tech savvy are walking away from this Apple location with phones they don’t know how to set up/use, and if there are apps that people rely on affected, this causes disasters. Go to a different location, I’m unbelievably disgusted at the negligence in service.

The staff member at the desk acted as if I were invisible, staring through me for several seconds before even acknowledging I was speaking. The process was confusing because she refused to communicate. After scanning my code, she didn’t tell me to wait or where to go. When she finally returned with my Apple Watch, she actually stopped to help someone else while she had the watch in her hand and I was standing right in front of her! She handed me my watch like an afterthought, never once making eye contact or saying "thank you." Save yourself the frustration and visit a different location.

- MMMattDec 16, 20251.0I went to store for repair,a female employee who looks like a supervisor has a bad attitude. She regards herself as the queen and the customer is her subordinate. I don't know if it's because Apple's excessive pursuit of profits or excessive confidence in its own products, so economical in terms of employee recruitment costs.But for me I choose one star for my queen.

Another staff member asked him to stop assisting me and help someone who wanted to buy a watch in front of me but my problem was not something the Genius Bar could help with so I really appreciated Luis helping me and so quickly.
