    The other day, I went to the Apple Store in Irvine to get my rear camera fixed. They told me to come back an hour later, but when I returned, they informed me that they had accidentally ruined my screen. They handed my phone back to me in worse condition than before, without offering any immediate solution. I left that day feeling extremely frustrated. Just be careful at that store.

    I understand it’s MY fault that I go spend money on a NON-Apple battery somewhere else, but when I buy an Apple battery from Apple, they refuse to give me my OLD battery back, so I can get my money back from the other company that sold me the bad battery, (so that means they’re in cahoots with other competing businesses and helping them all steal our money) … also, … they don’t take responsibility and reimburse you for non-Apple (or maybe even Apple) screen protectors, when their device is a piece of junk and has to be replaced (when it’s brand-new) … I wonder how much more money we all have to lose before these businesses are happy?! … it’s Apple, right, it’s a big corporation, why would they care?! 🤷‍♀️

    We experienced a significant lapse in customer service during our recent visit to your store, which ultimately prevented us from making a new phone purchase. Upon arrival, we were not approached by any staff members to inquire about our needs. After locating an available associate, we were asked to wait for a specialist. We observed four specialists engaged in conversation amongst themselves, seemingly deferring responsibility for assisting us. This created a perception that staff were disinclined to perform their duties, which was quite disheartening. Following a five-minute wait, the associate returned, posed a single question, and then stated, "No, we don't have it." No alternative solutions were offered, such as directing us to other store locations or suggesting online ordering options. This experience was profoundly disappointing and has reinforced my decision to avoid Apple products.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this Apple Store. My iPhone was previously repaired here under AppleCare+, specifically the camera module was replaced. After that repair, the phone clearly lost its water resistance — moisture got inside the device under normal use conditions. When I came back, I explained that this issue appeared only after their repair, which suggests the device was not properly sealed. However, instead of taking responsibility for the poor repair quality, they treated it as accidental damage and charged me $100 for a replacement. I understand how AppleCare+ works, but in this case, the damage was very likely caused by improper workmanship. A device that has been opened and repaired should be restored to its original condition, including water resistance. It’s disappointing that the store refused to acknowledge this and made me pay again for a problem that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I expected better quality control and accountability from Apple.
